Welcome To Our Online Store!

We are an internet store and therefore request orders to be made via the website. You only need to set up an account once and then log in to this account when you shop each time.

         We have a $10.00 minimum purchase policy.

We want this to be your perfect kind of store so feel free to send us any comments, wishes and feature requests via our online Contact Form.  We’d be delighted to hear from you!

Create an account before you shop.

If you’re shopping at WCB for the first time you’ll need to create an account before you can make any purchases. 

Earn reward points

As soon as your start purchasing you will earn bonus reward points. 1 point for every dollar you spend.  You will be able to redeem these points on special purchases as well as accumulate them to buy discount vouchers or gift certificates. To redeem products log in and click on ’reward program’ in the top menu. Redeemed products are submitted on a separate order.

Adding items to your Shopping Basket

When you find a product you want to buy simply click the ‘buy’ button. By default one of each item is added to your Shopping Basket. To purchase multiples go to your Shopping Basket via the ‘view’ button and insert the quantity you want and click the ’Update Basket button to recalculate your sub-total.

If you decide against buying a particular item, check the Remove box and click ’Update Basket.’ That item will be removed from your list of purchases and your sub-total will be re-calculated.

If you are logged-in and for any reason can’t complete a purchase, your current Shopping Basket is automatically saved, ready for the next time you log-in.

Should any items be sold out prior to checking out the item(s) or quantity will be altered in your basket.

Out of Stock Items

Our website maintains stock quantities at the time of adding items to your cart. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of placing your order, it will be deleted from your cart. We place orders with our suppliers on a regular basis however; re-ordering of many Out-Of-Stock items is dependant on demand. We would encourage you to click on the  icon on the product detail page and follow the prompt to let us know that you are interested in purchasing these products. We will notify you by email when the relevant item(s) are back in stock or in the case of the item being discontinued. You will need to re-order the item(s) as stock is replenished as we do not keep backorders within the system, but you are under no obligation to re-order if you no longer require the item(s).

Payments        

Our preferred method is Direct Deposit; however, we happily accept payments made by PayPal, money orders, bank cheques or personal cheques. Please note: Paypal payments have a 2.5% surcharge payable and this is added at checkout. Personal cheques will need to clear before goods will be sent. 

Direct deposit:  Our bank details will be sent to you within an email confirmation after placing your order. Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. Please quote the order number supplied with your confirmation email as the reference. Emailing a copy of your direct deposit bank receipt will help to speed up order processing. 

PayPal: When you choose this method you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can log in to make payment. If you do not have a PayPal account that’s not a problem. You can still continue and make a payment using your credit card or bank account.  There is a 2% surcharge payable when using this method.

Orders are processed in order of receipt. Subject to funds clearing our bank account, every effort is made to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

International Orders:

We ship to the US and New Zealand.  Only payment method available for international orders is Paypal.  Please view Postage Rate page for further details on shipping.


Delivery

Delivery can take up to 10 working days, although in most cases it is much quicker than this. All orders are packed securely and with extreme care. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit if they are not registered.

Local Delivery / Pick Up

If you live in Goulburn we would be happy to organise free delivery to your door.  A suitable time will need to be arranged and someone must be home to take delivery.  Payment can be made at the door in cash only.  We regret that goods cannot be left if payment has not been made. 

If you would like to collect your purchase from my residence in Eastgrove, this can also be done by prior arrangement. 

It is important to let us know if change is required.

Returns & Guarantees

We simply want you to be happy with your purchases. Please notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund. If you have any queries with regards to your purchases please email within 48 hours to discuss it. Returns will need to be agreed upon prior to them being sent and a RETURNS NUMBER issued by us must be included. You are responsible for shipping costs of any returns unless otherwise informed, therefore we will not accept any return goods COD or freight collect.

Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution, colours of products may vary slightly from those shown in the images. All effort is made to supply accurate information in descriptions but from time to time may be slightly incorrect. We endeavour to correct any errors as soon as possible.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. The prices quoted are not negotiable. Postage and handling costs are additional to quoted prices. We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible. All prices are subject to change without notice but will not change on submitted orders.

Requested Products

From time to time new products arrive and are not yet loaded to the site. It never hurts to ask. Always feel welcome to email us with product or line requests. If I do not have it in stock it may be possible for us to obtain it.
