CONDITIONS

Layby Value

There is no minimum or maximum restriction on the amount of any layby other than the store purchase minimum of $10.00.

Deposit & Payment Options

A deposit of 10% is required to hold a Layby and this must be paid within 7 days of order submission. Payments by direct deposit are preferred but you are welcome to make Paypal payments. To do this just enter payment method as Paypal at checkout and continue to the Paypal log in link.  Log in, but DO NOT confirm your payment, just return to the store.  Once you receive your order confirmation, go to the Paypal website and log in to your account.  Go to the send money tab and follow the instructions to send the instalment payments to linda@windsorcottage.com.au . Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an updated copy of your order showing the balance due.

Layby Length  and Payment Requirements

Laybys will be held for a total period of 4 months from date of order.  Payment amount and frequency is up to the customer as long as a payment is made at least once a month. Please use your order number as reference on every payment made.  Should you not receive an order update in a timely manner please email me at linda@windsorcottage.com.au with the details and I will follow it up.
If, for any reason, you are unable to finish paying your layby within the 4 month period, please email me your request for an extension.

Cancellation

Should you choose to cancel your layby at any time, you will be entitled to a full refund less a restocking fee of the initial 10% deposit or $10.00, whichever is the lesser.

Abandonment of Layby

It is the responsibility of the customer to abide by the above terms. Should payments not be received under these terms and no email contact made prior to the expiration of the 4 month period, I will attempt to repay any monies owed if possible, less the initial 10% deposit or $15.00, whichever is the lesser.
